By accessing our website or using our services (including digital marketing, branding, graphic design, and social media management), you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Branding and identity, graphic design, social media management and content, digital marketing and advertising. Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate briefs and assets, respond in reasonable time, pay as agreed, and confirm rights to materials you provide.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment you receive agreed deliverables and a licence for agreed purposes. We may use completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Your pre-existing IP remains yours.
5. Payment Terms
Set out in your quote or agreement. Late payment may suspend work.
6. Revisions and Cancellation
Specified in the project agreement. Cancellation may incur charges for work completed.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
8. Changes to Terms
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
Laws of India. Courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
